We believe that fitness and nutritional plan plays a major role in training and it is vital for a player to maintain proper hydration during practice. A healthy and balanced diet can support a player to remain consistent throughout the game and every player should stay committed to their personal nutritional goals to achieve the target.
Fitness program will be a part of our weekly routine and nutritional advice will be given to our players to stay in shape physically and mentally.

The main objective of providing scholarships is to recognize and encourage talents and to enable talented players from challenged / low-income background to be able to afford and participate in football tournaments at all levels across the nation.

Age Wise Progression

Beginner

Beginner : 5 to 6 Years

The objective will be for all kids to have fun, make friends and learn football. Players at the young age are taught to first develop the full range of Loco-motors [a Running, Jumping, Hopping, Turning, Pushing, Pulling, Bending, Twisting, swinging] and movement skills before they could adapt to other manipulative skills [eye to hand and eye to foot co-ordination].
The goal is to introduce them to basic concepts like dribbling and kicking and make it enough fun that they want to keep playing as their bodies and mindsets mature. The focus is more on individual skills.
Advanced

Advanced : 7 to 9 Years

This focuses on teaching the fundamental techniques of game and showing players how to master these into skills made for junior players with a fun and friendly atmosphere, the focus is on developing motor skills while increasing the mastery over the ball. Individual skills are taught to the players in order to effectively compete with the opponent and start group activities with co-players that includes co-operative and competitive drills. Intermediate

Intermediate : 10 to 13 Years

Training designed in order to use their techniques while also developing their game, understanding the team shape, attacking and defensive responsibilities. More advanced technical drills and small sided games are incorporated to imitate game like situations, focus is also given to develop physical performance. And also, for the player to evolve physically and mentally for training and matches and also have a mature approach to their physical and mental preparation for training and matches.
Senior

Senior : 14 to 16 Years

Advanced technical and tactical sessions designed to develop players to excel in any 11- a side game. Youth players will be taken through position-specific physical and technical training where players also discover how the skills learnt from game can help them mature and take responsibility for their personal and professional development.

In this technologically dominated world, kids spend most of their time watching TV/mobile phones or any electronic gadgets when they are off school. We are all educated and know about the disadvantages of these. But, many parents do not know how to utilize kid’s time effectively. Involving kids in outdoor sporting activities during off- school hours will be the best option. Kids not only enjoy the sport but also make more friends, socialize learn a lot of many new things.
Foot ball camps are one good example of exploring new techniques and opportunities to gain skills and to meet each child’s individual needs and interest.
